Job summary

RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an in-person school-based role in Richmond, California. This local contract position runs 13 weeks with a 40-hour work week and a two-day per week on-site schedule.

Active California OT licensure and AOTA certification are required, plus a California driver's license. Prior pediatric experience and IEP collaboration will support success in delivering direct therapy and evaluations within the school setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current California OT license and AOTA registration.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Two years pediatric OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student service requests and screen for referral needs.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate findings to parents and staff.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers for student success.
