Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our school-based program in the Greater Lawrenceville area. The caseload is primarily at one site, serving Pre-K through 12th grade, with schedule Monday through Friday and an ASAP start.

This is an in-person, school setting position with opportunities for professional growth. As part of the role, you will assess students, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver OT interventions, and support students in gaining independence

Qualifications

• OT licensure in Virginia required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• State and contract-specific compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with goals to improve daily living independence.
• Administer occupational therapy interventions to enhance functional abilities.
• Address cognitive challenges and recommend assistive devices as needed.
• Support clients transitioning back to communities post-illness or injury.
