Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist for their Bronx, NY location to serve students with disabilities on a school schedule.

The role involves reviewing IEPs, creating and updating goals, and designing intervention plans to improve fine motor, daily living skills, and perceptual functioning. NY licensure is required and pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid New York state licensure as an OT.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• On a school schedule - 6 weeks summer and administration days.

Responsibilities

• Review IEPs and implement targeted goals.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports, including IEP updates.
• Assess student needs and develop individualized implementation plans.
• Strengthen fine motor skills through targeted interventions.
• Differentiate instruction to meet each student’s unique needs.
• Design plans and utilize equipment to support daily living skills.
• Improve visual, auditory, sensory, and perceptual functioning.
