Job summary

Nemours seeks a Pediatric Advanced Practice Nurse to join the Eisenberg Elementary New Castle County School-Based Health System Team in New Castle, Delaware. This 0.75 FTE 10-month schedule aligns with the academic year, offering time off during school breaks and summers.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (PNP) is required.
• Pediatric Primary Care NP Certification is required.
• Three years of pediatric primary care experience.
• Active Delaware (or compact) RN licensure.
• Active Delaware APRN licensure with prescriptive authority.
• Delaware CSR if practicing in Delaware.
• Federal DEA registration with office address.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to students and their families in ambulatory/outpatient settings.
• Lead evaluation, management and follow-up for student health needs.
• May include telehealth support.
