• Active Delaware Advanced Practice Nurse licensure with prescriptive authority required.
• Delaware CSR if practicing in Delaware.
• Federal DEA registration with office address.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect pediatric ambulatory/outpatient care in school-based setting.
• Evaluate, manage, and follow up on student health care needs.
• Occasionally perform telehealth support.

Nemours is seeking a Pediatric Advanced Practice Nurse to join our Eisenberg Elementary New Castle County School-Based Health System Team! This Position Is Responsible For

• An area of specialized nursing practice, and provides direct and indirect care to patients and their families in the ambulatory, and outpatient settings with the Seaford School system
• The nurse practitioner will carry out the major responsibility for the student’s health care needs including evaluation, management and follow-up
• This role will occasionally include various additional responsibilities, such as telehealth support.
