E & S Tutoring LLC is seeking PCA/1:1 aides to support students in Northern Philadelphia charter schools for the upcoming school year. Background checks including FBI, PA Child Abuse and PA Criminal are required and up to date for this role.

Candidates should have prior experience as a 1:1 aide, paraeducator, or similar role in public, parochial, or charter schools. Opportunities for advancement and professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 1:1 aide or paraeducator in a public, parochial or charter school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in charter school settings in Northern Philadelphia for the upcoming school year.
• Assist lead teachers with instructional tasks and classroom management as needed.
