Job summary

Youth Haven Services is expanding our Day Treatment program in Madison, NC and seeks dedicated paraprofessionals to work on the New Vision school site. You will provide direct care, skill-building, and participate in a team under a Qualified Professional to support youth and families.

The role involves flexible hours, school-based duties, and a focus on stability and community outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or AP-Bachelor’s in Human Services.
• Experience in paraprofessional or related human services work preferred.
• Ability to follow policies and maintain client safety.

Responsibilities

• Be present with clients in school hours and support individual goals.
• Deliver daily living, social, and behavioral skills training.
• Complete timely documentation of client progress.
• Follow school conduct policies and manage classroom behavior.
• Provide restraint only as a last resort per protocol.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
