This role provides individual, family, and group therapy to students, aiming to support emotional wellness and academic success. The position involves assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with school staff to promote resilience and healthy development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services in a school-based outpatient setting.
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Assist students in building coping skills, emotional regulation, and resiliency.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.
• Participate in treatment planning, supervision, and professional development activities.
