Clarvida in Aliquippa, PA seeks an Outpatient Therapist to deliver individual and family therapy within schools and the outpatient clinic. The role is part-time, with compensation per client hour and travel differential for on-site and administrative work.

Clinicians will document promptly, comply with state regulations, and travel between locations as required. Licensed professionals earn more under the PA rate; non-licensed candidates may work at a reduced rate with supervision and growth

About the Role

Clarvida is hiring a School Based/Outpatient Therapist in Aliquippa, PA. This part-time role offers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non-licensed scale. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy inside schools and the outpatient clinic, maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations, and travel between school sites or appointment locations—all aligned with Clarvida’s person-centered, trauma-informed care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload within the Hopewell and Western Beaver Area School Districts (elementary, middle, high school levels)
• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
• Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements
• Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school-based mental health services
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution
• Verified clinical practicum or internship completed
• Licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania OR willing to work under non-licensed rate if license is not held
• Willingness to travel between school and appointment sites (up to 100% travel possible)
