Clarvida is hiring an Outpatient Therapist in New Kensington, PA. This full-time role offers competitive hourly rates ($30.00-$32.00 per client hour) plus travel differential, with duties including individual and family therapy in schools and clinics and travel between sites.

About The Role

Clarvida is hiring an Outpatient Therapist in New Kensington , PA. This full‑time roleoffers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non‑licensed scale. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy inside schools and the outpatient clinic, maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations, and travel between school sites or appointment locations—all aligned with Clarvida’s person‑centered, trauma‑informed care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload within the Fox Chapel Area School District (elementary, middle, high school levels)
• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
• Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements
• Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school‑based mental health services
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution
• Verified clinical practicum or internship completed
• Licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania OR willing to work under non‑licensed rate if license is not held
• Willingness to travel between school and appointment sites (up to 100% travel possible)
