Clarvida is seeking an Outpatient Therapist in New Kensington, PA to provide individual and family therapy across schools and outpatient clinics. The position requires timely clinical documentation and compliance with state regulations, with travel between school sites and clinic locations.

The role offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and travel compensation. Licensed clinicians may earn more than non‑licensed staff within a trauma‑informed, person‑centered care model.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution.
• Verified clinical practicum or internship completed.
• Licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania OR willing to work under non‑licensed rate if license is not held.
• Willingness to travel between school and appointment sites (up to 100% travel possible).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload within the Fox Chapel Area School District (elementary, middle, high school levels)
• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
• Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements

• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy inside schools and the outpatient clinic, maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations, and travel between school sites or appointment locations—all aligned with Clarvida’s person‑centered, trauma‑informed care model.
