Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field (MFT, MHC, LCSW, or related)
• Florida state licensure required prior to hire (Registered Intern or Licensed)
• Couples therapist highly preferred for in-office position
• Spanish or Creole speaking preferred for school-based position
• Play therapy experience preferred
• Children and family experience required
• Experience in diverse areas (substance use, children/adolescents) welcomed

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Manage own caseload and schedule in both office and school settings
• Collaborate with school-based mental health teams and coordinate services
