Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an occupational therapist to support K-8 students in a school setting near Grove City, OH. The contract runs from August 19, 2026 through May 21, 2027, with a caseload of 13 students and two days per week totaling 10 hours weekly.

You will assess, develop IEP goals, deliver targeted OT services, and collaborate with teachers and families. Competitive pay of $50/hour plus comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current, active Ohio OT license required.
• Experience in a school-based occupational therapy role preferred.
• Strong ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions.
• Solid communication skills for working with students, families, and school staff.
• Commitment to supporting diverse student needs across K-8 grades.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals for students on your caseload.
• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to each child’s needs, two days per week, for a total of 10 hours per week.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and progress monitoring according to school and regulatory standards.
• Provide consultative support to teachers, families, and staff regarding student progress and strategies for success.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educational staff to optimize student outcomes.
