Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver meaningful, individualized therapy to K-12 students in a school setting in Indianapolis, IN. You will develop treatment programs aligned to each student's IEP or medical plan, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support learning and participation.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in the state served, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check and TB clearance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver individualized treatment programs for students K-12 based on IEPs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to set meaningful goals and accommodations.
• Oversee and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of student needs, including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide reports on student progress.
