Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC in Greenville, GA is seeking a part-time School-Based Occupational Therapist to support student development and progress toward IEP goals through hands-on OT services in the school setting.

You will evaluate abilities across fine motor, self-care, and sensory-motor skills, document outcomes, and collaborate with teachers and families. Eligible for W-2 employment with benefits, licensure reimbursement, and mileage between sites.

Qualifications

• Active (or eligible for) Georgia Occupational Therapist license.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate student abilities across multiple functional areas.
• Select and administer OT assessments and provide direct or collaborative therapy.
• Participate in IEP meetings and support development of student goals.
