Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a school-based role in Lancaster, SC. You will provide evaluations, direct therapy, and progress monitoring for a pediatric caseload, collaborating with teachers and families.

You will write IEPs, therapy plans, and progress notes, and participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success. SC licensure is required or pursued ASAP.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in South Carolina or willingness to obtain SC licensure ASAP.
• Experience with school-based evaluations and pediatric caseloads.
• Ability to write IEPs, therapy plans, and progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based evaluations, direct treatment, and progress monitoring for students (pediatric caseload).
• Write and maintain IEPs, therapy plans, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary special education team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success.
