Job summary

Institute for the Redesign of Learning in South Pasadena, CA seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for a part-time, school-based position at Almansor Academy. You will provide direct OT services to students in grades 2–12+, conduct assessments, write goals, and participate in IEP meetings.

You will collaborate with teachers and families, maintain accurate service logs in SEIS/Wellig ent, and support a trauma-informed PBIS-aligned school culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in California.
• Experience delivering OT services in a school setting and with IEPs.
• Comfort with diverse student needs and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, in-person OT services to students with IEPs, 2–12+ grades.
• Conduct OT assessments and write evaluation reports for IEPs.
• Develop measurable OT goals and attend IEP meetings.
• Maintain service logs and documentation in SEIS/Welligent.
• Collaborate with teachers and behavior staff on strategies.
• Consult with families and provide home strategies.
• Support PBIS-aligned school culture.
