Job summary

You will evaluate and treat students in K–12 settings, create individualized plans, and participate in IEP meetings, with documentation to support progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• IEP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and services in K–12 settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes.
• Help students develop functional skills for classroom success.
