Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services LLC in Laconia, NH is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, school-based position serving K-12 students in a public special education setting. This role offers a competitive hourly pay of $40–$50 plus a sign-on bonus.

You will conduct OT evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals, deliver direct therapy, collaborate with teachers and therapists, and maintain documentation to support student progress.

Qualifications

• NH OT license is required and must be active.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelors, Masters or OTD).
• Interest or experience in pediatrics or school-based therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students.
• Conduct OT evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals for students.
• Deliver direct therapy in individual or small groups.
• Support fine motor, sensory processing, executive function and ADLs.
• Collaborate with teachers, SPED staff, PTs and SLPs; attend IEP meetings.
• Recommend accommodations and assistive technology; maintain records.
