Job summary

Jabbergym is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide services in K-12 school settings within the Greater Sacramento area for the 2026-2027 school year. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students access their education and improve communication skills.

Qualifications

• OT license required.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and functioning level.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support COTAs, including monitoring supervision hours.
