Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide services in Howard County Public School System for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers a consistent school schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help students build the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

As a school-based OT, you'll support students in developing the functional skills needed for academic

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active Maryland OT license (or ability to obtain) is required.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services aligned with IEP goals.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school/state requirements.
