Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) seeks a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Howard County, MD for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time school-based OT role supports students on an IEP, addressing fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and independence with school-related activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active Maryland OT license or ability to obtain one.

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide services in Howard County Public School System for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers a consistent school schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help students build the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

About the Role

As a school-based OT, you'll support students in developing the functional skills needed for academic success and daily participation. You'll work with a diverse caseload, addressing fine motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, and independence with school-related activities.

Schedule & Setting
