Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Howard County, MD, for the 2026–2027 school year. The OT will support students toward independence, working with IEP goals and collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide services in Howard County Public School System for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers a consistent school schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help students build the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

About the Role

As a school-based OT, you'll support students in developing the functional skills needed for academic success and daily participation. You'll work with a diverse caseload, addressing fine motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, and independence with school-related activities.
