Job summary

Point Quest Group seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for a full-time school-based role in LaBelle, FL. Provide meaningful OT services, develop treatment plans, assess students, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support IEP goals.

You will conduct evaluations, monitor progress, ensure compliance with state/district regulations, and communicate outcomes. Florida license required or eligibility, with strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEPs.
• Provide direct OT services to students across school-based settings.
• Collaborate with special education teams and teachers to support student goals.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals and participate in reviews.
• Document progress and maintain clinical records.
• Suggest adaptive strategies and equipment as needed.
• Provide guidance to school staff and COTAs when applicable.
