Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services LLC in Laconia, NH is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, school-based role in public K–12 settings for the 2026-2027 school year.

The OT will provide school-based services, conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals, deliver direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and PTs while documenting progress and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or DOT).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics, school-based therapy, or special education.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students.
• Conduct OT evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals.
• Deliver direct therapy (individual and small group sessions).
• Support students with fine motor skills and handwriting, sensory processing, executive functioning, and ADLs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, PTs, and SLPs.
• Recommend accommodations, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions.
• Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
