Job summary

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a full-time School-Based Occupational Therapist to serve students in a Washington school district. You will deliver in-person OT services and collaborate with teachers and related service providers to enhance student independence and participation in daily school activities.

You’ll support students with diverse needs, contribute to team strategies, and help implement plans that improve educational outcomes within the school setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an AOTA-approved Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Washington OT license or eligibility for Washington licensure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
• Previous school-based OT experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person occupational therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, school personnel, and related service providers to support student needs.
• Support student goals and help develop strategies for engagement in school activities.
• Address fine motor development, sensory regulation, self-care, and classroom routines as needed.
