Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Master’s degree and Sensory Integration Certification preferred.
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License required.
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong school-based occupational therapy experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services in the educational environment.
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions based on students’ needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and related service providers.
• Maintain documentation, evaluations, progress monitoring, and communication related to student services.
