Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contract-based school-based Occupational Therapist to serve students around Bel Air, Maryland, near Baltimore County. Begin August 24, 2026, with up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing OT services in elementary and secondary settings.

You will assess, develop treatment plans, collaborate with teachers and families, and document progress while aligning with IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland OT license required.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Familiarity with elementary and secondary student populations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff and families to foster student success.
• Deliver direct therapy services and consult with IEP goals.
• Document progress and report to the educational team.
• Participate in team meetings and assist with school-wide initiatives.
