The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, active OT licensure, and pediatric or school-based experience. Strong collaboration with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active State OT license or eligibility.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-help skills, and classroom participation
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
• Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations as needed
