Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support students in a Phoenix, AZ school setting. You will work under the supervision of a licensed OT to implement individualized therapy plans and maintain progress notes.

The role requires Arizona licensure or eligibility, and experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred. Strong organization, communication, and teamwork are essential in this mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings with children facing learning or social-emotional challenges is preferred.
• Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering individualized treatment programs for students based on their IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with OT and interdisciplinary team to implement goals and accommodations.
• Support and follow guidance from supervising OT for sessions and interventions.
• Conduct data collection and assist with initial and ongoing assessments.
• Help complete annual and triennial reviews under OT supervision.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and provide progress updates.
