Rosaires Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide school-based OT services for K–12 students under supervision. You will implement IEP goals and collaborate with teachers and families to optimize participation and learning.

The role focuses on group and individual interventions, adapting activities to promote access, and thorough progress documentation within a school setting.

Qualifications

• OTA credentials and licensure as required
• Knowledge of IEP-driven OT services
• Ability to implement interventions with supervision
• Strong communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary partners
• Detail-oriented progress documentation and reporting

Responsabilités

• Deliver OT services to support students’ functional skills and participation
• Conduct group and individualized interventions aligned with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Adapt classroom tasks, activities, and environments to promote access and engagement
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical and educational documentation
