Job summary

Interim HealthCare - Blakely, PA is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist to support early education students. The role starts at 2–3 days per week with $60–$64 per hour and potential to transition into a full-time position as the program expands.

You will evaluate needs, create goals, deliver direct OT services, and work with teachers and families to advance students’ functional and classroom skills.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong communication, organization and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a student-focused team.
• Pediatric, early education, or school-based experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain all required Pennsylvania school clearances.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students’ occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct school-based occupational therapy services.
• Help students strengthen fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and classroom skills.
• Establish measurable goals and monitor student progress.
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student education plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other therapy professionals.
