Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Archbald to hire an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment. The role is 36 hours per week with 7-hour days in a local contract within a school setting.

You will deliver OT services based on IEPs, develop therapy plans, collect data, and collaborate with teachers and families across multiple grade levels. A PA OT license (or eligibility) is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with a Pennsylvania license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student's IEP.
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work.
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive.
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required).
• Potentially supervise OT assistants.
