Supplemental Health Care is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to support students in Adams, MA. You will deliver OT services under IEPs, collaborate with teachers and families, and monitor progress across multiple grade levels.

The role is a 13-week local contract with 10 hours per week at $47.10–$50.70 per hour plus a $3,000 assignment bonus. Massachusetts license or eligibility is required or anticipated.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with a Massachusetts license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
• Potentially supervise OT assistants
