AIS is seeking certified Orientation and Mobility Specialists to join our team in Massachusetts. These itinerant specialists work in Holden and Holyoke area school divisions to provide O&M services to students with visual impairments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Professional Certification and/or licensure in Orientation and Mobility.
• Preferred work-related experience as an Orientation and Mobility Specialist.
• Excellent human relations, interpersonal communications, conflict resolution, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessments and related services to school-aged students.
• Develop and implement IEPs for students with visual impairments.
