The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Sierra Vista, AZ school-based team. In this full-time role, you will deliver exceptional therapy services to students, helping them develop essential skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential within a collaborative school setting.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited OTA program with an active AZ license and will have experience with children/adolescents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona.
• AZ IVP Fingerprint Card.
• Experience working with children and adolescents; school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality school-based occupational therapy services to students.
• Assist students in developing daily living and functional skills and build confidence.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other clinicians to support student progress.
