Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy in LaBelle, FL. This full-time role focuses on evaluating students, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct OT services aligned to IEP goals.

You will collaborate with special education teams, document progress with accuracy, and ensure compliance with state and district regulations while supporting professional development through CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEPs and clinical needs
• Provide direct OT services to students across school-based settings
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and related service providers to support student goals and accommodations
• Develop, update, and monitor IEP goals, including participation in annual and triennial reviews
• Complete data collection, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Recommend adaptive strategies, environmental modifications, and assistive equipment as needed
• Provide consultation, training, and guidance to school staff and COTAs when applicable
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations related to occupational therapy services
