Job summary

Platinum Therapy is seeking multiple Part-Time Occupational Therapists for in-person school-based positions in Gladstone, OR. This role involves providing school-based evaluations and IEP-directed therapy services, conducting evaluations for eligibility or re-evaluations, and documenting sessions in a timely manner.

You will develop and implement IEPs and attend IEP meetings. License as an Occupational Therapist and prior OT-IEP experience are required, with assessments experience also

Qualifications

• OT License is required.
• Direct experience as OT on IEP teams.
• Experience conducting OT assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based evaluations and IEP-directed therapy services.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for initial eligibility or re-evaluations.
• Provide timely documentation of therapy sessions.
