Job summary

Topaz HR Advisory is seeking multiple Part-Time Occupational Therapists for in-person school-based positions in Gladstone, Oregon. This role is two days per week and involves evaluations and IEP-directed therapy to support students' educational and developmental needs.

OTs must hold a state license and have experience with IEP teams and OT assessments. The position offers competitive pay at $45–$76 per hour, benefits, and sign-on bonus, with strong clinical support and a collaborative school

Qualifications

• OT license required.
• Experience on IEP teams as an OT.
• Experience conducting OT assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based evaluations and IEP-directed therapy services.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for initial eligibility or re-evaluations.
• Provide timely documentation of therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Attend IEP meetings.
• Participate as a direct member of IEP teams as an Occupational Therapist.
• Support students through individualized occupational therapy services in a school-based setting.
