Job summary

Poudre School District is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy for students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. The role focuses on promoting functional independence and participation within the learning environment, aligned with each student’s IEP.

Responsibilities include planning individualized objectives, applying therapy techniques, documenting progress, and collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited occupational therapy program required.
• Pediatric training and experience required.
• Experience instructing students in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, prepare, and implement measurable objectives based on student needs.
• Apply therapy techniques to meet IEP goals and evaluate progress.
• Maintain documentation of student performance and diagnostic results.
