Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement activity therapy goals for motor control and developmental skills per IEP/IFSP.
• Assess student needs through formal and informal measures.
• Develop and implement interventions per child’s IEP/IFSP.
• Prepare concise, timely written material.
• Participate in conferences, including parent meetings.
• Maintain a healthy, safe environment.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in preschool special education.
• Follow Brookville Center for Children’s Services policies.
• Attend supervision and implement recommendations.
• Address needs of each age group and assist in accommodations.
• Respond promptly to child/parent requests and inform supervisor.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation.
