Sweetwater Care in Fresno, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and provide therapy services for children in a school setting. You will participate in planning meetings and communicate with families and school staff to support developmental goals.

Responsibilities include implementing therapy goals per IEP/IFSP, assessing student needs, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and the care team. A valid CA OT license and background check are required.

Formación

• Valid California State License to practice Occupational Therapy.
• Current CPR/BLS Card.
• Fingerprinting and background check clearance may be required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required for safety.
• Driver’s license is preferred for travel to sites.

Responsabilidades

• Implement activity therapy goals for motor control and development per IEP/IFSP.
• Assess student needs through formal and informal measures.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies per child’s IEP/IFSP.
• Organize and complete written material concisely and timely.
• Participate in conferences, including parent meetings.
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and attractive environment.
• Maintain professional conduct in preschool special education.
• Adhere to Brookville Center for Children’s Services policies and procedures.
• Attend supervision and implement recommendations.
• Address special needs across age groups and make reasonable accommodations.
