Specialized Education Services, Inc. is hiring an Occupational Therapist to deliver social-emotional and educational OT services in schools. You will collaborate with school staff and families to support students and integrate therapy into classroom activities.

The role requires a Master's degree and NBCOT licensure, with 2+ years in school or related settings preferred. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $100,000 plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for the position.
• Professional licensure from NBCOT is required.
• Minimum two years in school/special education or behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess new students and evaluate OT needs.
• Monitor therapy programs and advise staff on OT strategies in education.
• Educate teachers and parents on therapy techniques for classroom/home use.
• Consult on IEPs and document student needs and supports.
• Manage handwriting/keyboarding curriculum and train staff/parents.
• Provide group therapy interventions for K-8 classes.
• Assess and schedule individual or small-group OT sessions.
• Attend parent/teacher meetings as needed.
