EDU Healthcare is hiring an Occupational Therapist for our school-based assignments in Champaign, IL. This role provides therapy services to exceptional children in a classroom setting and collaborates with teachers and parents to support individual education plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Active state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience in schools or with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy services to exceptional children students.
• Evaluates, screens, and observes students.
• Writes evaluation reports, progress notes, and individualized education plans.
• Communicates and coordinates therapy with parents, teachers, and administrators.
• Performs other related tasks as required.
