Job summary

Amergis is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist for school-based settings in Illinois. You will perform student evaluations, develop and deliver therapy services, and document progress in alignment with the student’s plan of care.

This role offers flexible hours and meaningful work within educational settings. Qualified candidates will hold current Illinois OT licensure, comply with applicable standards, and meet state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
• 1 year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• The OT is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.
