RCM Health Care Services is seeking a School Occupational Therapist for the 2026/2027 school year in Tinton Falls, NJ. The role supports students with fine motor and self-care skills and requires NJ OT certification.

On-site hours and a W2 contract are provided, with interviews happening now. The position emphasizes collaboration with the Building Principal, Director of Pupil Services, and the Child Study Team to develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and maintain records in compliance

Competenze

• Must hold acceptable NJ certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication, managerial and leadership skills required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of laws and legal requirements surrounding responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse school community.
• Ability to develop, implement and monitor IEPs with parents and staff.
