Job summary

Amergis is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services in Burbank, CA. The OT will work across two sites, conducting evaluations, delivering direct and consultative therapy, and documenting services per individualized plans of care.

The role involves a mix of direct and consultative therapy, servicing district students, and supporting STAR and FALP programs. Start ASAP, End of School Year, with 2 days at one site and 3 days at another (8:15am–3:15pm, 30‑minute

Qualifications

• Current OT licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification current if applicable.
• TB screening as required by contract or state.
• Health certificate as required by contract or state.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluations and therapy to students across two school sites.
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services and document plans of care.
• Support STAR and FALP programs and district students.
• Prepare notes in alignment with individualized plans of care.
