Job summary

Qualifications

• Complete a certified program through the State of Kansas.
• Maintain a valid license on file at Special Services.
• Supervision of COTA and collaboration with IEP team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and direct/indirect services as defined by the needs of the child.
• Consultation as requested regarding a child’s needs.
• Participation in the student’s IEP per district and state policies.
• Participate in Child Find activities.
• Recommendation and follow-up on equipment and assistive technology.
• Prepare evaluation reports and quarterly/annual updates.
