Job summary

Rogue Community Health in White City, Oregon seeks a Student Health Services Nurse Case Manager for the 2026/27 school year, based at Eagle Point School District 9 with travel to multiple schools. The role emphasizes addressing chronic and acute student health needs and promoting disease prevention.

Ideal candidates hold an Oregon RN license with a BSN preferred, five years of nursing experience (three+ in pediatrics/public health), and BLS.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Minimum five years’ professional nursing experience with three+ years in pediatrics/public health.
Current unencumbered Oregon RN license and BLS certification.
School Nurse Certification within 1 year of hire, or able to obtain.
Spanish-speaking ability and prior school nursing experience desired.

Responsibilities

Identify and assess health needs of students and provide health maintenance education.
Prepare classroom health plans with providers and families, refer to resources as needed.
Collaborate with Eagle Point School District staff to remove barriers to health care access.
Deliver clinical direction to schools and support patient empowerment and self-care.
Coordinate with parents, staff, and medical providers for health plans and follow-up.
