Job summary

Counseling Services of Southern Minnesota in Fairmont is seeking a Clinical Trainee or LPCC/LICSW/LMFT to provide mental health services in the Fairmont Schools. This role entails conducting diagnostic assessments and creating treatment plans within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral health science field.
• Must be on the licensure track towards LPCC, LICSW, LMFT or independently licensed as a LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT.
• Experience providing service to individuals with mental illness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic and functional assessments.
• Create and implement individual treatment plans.
• Document service provision and coordinate care with clients' teams.
